We ask for what we need. When you book a ticket for one of our live events, we collect your phone number (for WhatsApp/SMS ticket delivery) and payment details (handled securely by Pesapal). We do not collect unnecessary tracking data.
2. Usage of Information
Your phone number is used exclusively to deliver your ticket to the premium events we curate in Nairobi and East Africa. If you opt-in, we may occasionally notify you about upcoming, highly curated industrial techno or alternative house events. No spam. Just the signal.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share your number with our delivery partners (Twilio and Advanta) strictly for the purpose of getting your ticket to your phone.
4. Security
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information. The culture is built on trust, and we extend that trust to how we handle your digital footprint.
